Installation & Delivery

Warranty & Support
Rohen Services supplies all products with the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type, but most major items such as batteries, inverters and charge controllers include a 5-year warranty, with some models offering optional extensions.
Covered:
• Manufacturing or material defects
• Internal component or BMS faults under normal use
• Performance issues confirmed through warranty testing
Not covered:
• Incorrect installation or wiring
• Lightning, surge or grid damage
• Water ingress, physical damage or tampering
• Use outside the manufacturer’s specifications
