We supply solar, backup power, and security equipment.
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith based on supplier information.

Rohen Services cannot be held liable for:

  • Supplier specification changes
  • Errors in product descriptions
  • Colour differences caused by screen variations

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods:

  • EFT
  • Credit/debit card (via PayFast or supported gateways)

Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled through reputable couriers, including The Courier Guy.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product size, and courier availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary
  • Rohen Services is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or unforeseen circumstances
  • Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is collected by the courier

6. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted for 30 days
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging
  • Certain items are non-returnable (cables, cut cables, lead-acid batteries, sale items)
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days after approval

7. Warranties

All products carry manufacturer warranties.
Warranty approval is subject to:

  • Correct installation
  • Proper system sizing
  • No tampering or physical damage
  • Compliance with supplier guidelines

If incorrectly installed by a third party, warranty claims may be rejected.

Rohen Services assists with warranty submissions but final decisions rest with the manufacturer.


8. Installation Services (If Applicable)

If installation is performed by Rohen Services:

  • Workmanship carries a separate warranty
  • Issues caused by customer modifications, overloading, or misuse are not covered

If installation is performed by a third party:

  • Rohen Services is not responsible for system faults
  • Inspection fees may apply

9. Limitation of Liability

Rohen Services is not liable for:

  • Loss of income or revenue
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning, weather or grid instability
  • Incorrect installation by third parties
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by external factors

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We only collect the information required to:

  • Process your order
  • Deliver your products
  • Provide after-sales support

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required for delivery or payment processing.
