All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled through reputable couriers, including The Courier Guy.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product size, and courier availability.

- Rohen Services is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or unforeseen circumstances
- Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is collected by the courier

- Returns are accepted for 30 days
- Products must be unused, in original packaging
- Certain items are non-returnable (cables, cut cables, lead-acid batteries, sale items)
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
- Refunds may take up to 30 days after approval

7. Warranties
All products carry manufacturer warranties.
Warranty approval is subject to:
- Correct installation
- Proper system sizing
- No tampering or physical damage
- Compliance with supplier guidelines
If incorrectly installed by a third party, warranty claims may be rejected.
Rohen Services assists with warranty submissions but final decisions rest with the manufacturer.
